When the Cabas Alto was originally released, it became so immensely popular with celebrities and Louis Vuitton fans alike that the brand re-released the silhouette in 2011. Its simple design and spacious interior seamlessly blend style and functionality. It is crafted in classic Damier Ebene coated canvas, with tonal brown leather trimming and finished in gold-tone metal hardware. The Damier, which translates to "checkerboard" came to be in the year 1888 making for an understated but equally as iconic coated canvas print, perfect for everyday wear, in tonal brown, white and blue, or graphite.
